SUMMARY:Nursing Entrance Exam (Medford)
DESCRIPTION:Though this exam is being held at the Medford campus\, it can apply to either the Medford or Levittown campus.\nTake the first steps to becoming a licensed practical nurse. \nThe Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS Test) is a standardized\, multiple choice exam for students entering into nursing school. It is often used to determine the ability of potential students to adjust to a nursing program. The test is created and administered by ATI (Assessment Technologies Institute\, LLC). \nPlease arrive at Hunter by 3:30 p.m. to sign in for a 4:00 p.m. test start time. The exam may take up to four hours to complete. The cost is $107 plus tax. Please call Jacquelyn Rudjord at 631.569.7702 for details or email her for more information or to ask questions. \nTo order a study manual\, you can purchase it directly on this web page. \nPlease bring a New York State Division of Motor Vehicles photo ID\, which can be either a driver license or non-driver identification card\, along with your username and password. Candidates arriving late will not be admitted. See Nursing Entrance Exam Instructions for further information. \nPlease note that if you arrive late or cannot present a valid photo ID\, you will not be admitted to sit for the exam.
