Now Enrolling for New
Real-Time Online Classes

Enrolling Classes to Begin in May

Though Governor Cuomo announced that New York is past the high point, on “the other side of the plateau,” and things are getting better overall with COVID-19, he also cautioned that we have a way to go.

Since the situation is in such flux, Hunter Business School is now enrolling new students for these programs, with real-time, online classes beginning in May.

Once the governor allows schools to reopen, classes will return to the physical classroom. Although at the present time we cannot go bowling, get our hair cut, or eat at restaurants, this does not mean our way forward has to stop.

How Effective Are Online Classes?

Hunter’s online classes are in real time and live with active participation on the part of both the instructor and student. Since the present crisis broke, we have been providing instruction through Google Meet and Google Classroom, being used also by the public school system.

Plans are underway to provide students with any skills that require hands-on training, and the requirements for our courses still comply with New York State Education Department regulations and the directives of the various organizations that continue to accredit our school.

Once the governor allows us to do so, we will open our doors again to the physical campus, both in Levittown and in Medford.

Which Programs Will Not Include Online Learning?

We are currently interviewing people (both remotely and by phone) interested in the following programs, though new classes will not begin until the campuses reopen.

Plans are currently being made to provide remote access to the admissions assessment exams required for acceptance into the Practical Nursing and Radiologic Technology programs.

How Can I Show Interest in Enrolling?

Tap here and you will be brought to a short form to complete and submit. You will then be contacted by an Admissions representative who will interview you either virtually or by phone.

Hunter Business School, with campuses in Medford and Levittown, has an impeccable reputation across Long Island. Though schools across Long Island, New York, and the country have been forced to temporarily close their physical doors, the virtual doors at Hunter are open.

We still provide our students with a great education. When the COVID-19 crisis is over, you will be that much closer to employment in the career of your choice if you begin your education now.
