Transcript Request

Please Note Before Submitting Request
You must scroll down this page and complete the form. Email requests will not be honored.
Processing time may take up to two weeks.

Please provide the following information which enables us to process your request. Your transcript reflects all data as of the date it is sent. If you need to contact us, please use the email link, Transcripts, to send a message.

If you choose mail or pick-up as a delivery method, what you receive is considered “official.” Official means that the transcript (1) bears a signature, (2) is imprinted with an embossed seal, and (3) is sealed in an envelope with a sticker saying “OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT – Do not accept if seal is broken.” These steps cannot be taken, of course, with email delivery, if requested.
